DEALERS CONFERENCE MUTARE
TotalEnergies Zimbabwe organized a conference for supervisors and Dealers in Mutare, on the 12th and 13th March, 2019 as part of its training commitments to its stakeholders.
The conference bordered around the expectations of TotalEnergies service station staff to our customers and clients, safety in all our activities, ethics and regulatory compliance, Top service & SFS and TotalEnergies commitment to Health, Safety, environment and Quality services.
About 45 dealers and supervisors were in attendance in total, best performing stations in white product and lubes sales were awarded prices. In attendance were all MANCOM members, including departmental heads and staff who all handled several topics at the conference. Speaking at the event, TotalEnergies Zimbabwe’s Managing Director, Mr. Ronan Bescond specifically spoke on various activities carried out by TotalEnergies Zimbabwe, including the just concluded 2nd edition of the Startupper competition, TQAS, The young graduate scheme amongst others.
