What are the features of the new extranet portal?
The new mobility business portal offers new payment method management options such as:
• The flexibility of transfer of limits from one card to another as long as it is within the maximum credit ceiling assigned to the customer
• Flexibility to assign vehicle id tags to one or more vehicles depending on your internal procedures
• Unblock wrongly entered PINs for users remotely from your secure customer portal login
How does the new mobility business portal help customers control/manage their fleet?
• Customers can opt for real time suspicious transaction alerts to be sent by SMS or email to warn them about transactions that are unauthorised or too frequent
• Through the mobility business portal, existing customers can also order new cards, change card parameters/limits and download their invoices

As opposed to the former system:
• The new TotalEnergies Card is Online! All transactions are processed and available in real time.
• At connected stations(15 currently), transaction data(amount, product,limits etc is sent from the POS to the pump before fuel is dispensed and no preset is required at pump level
• If wrong fuel nozzle(other than the one preauthorized) is lifted no fuel is dispensed
• No manual entries by forecourt attendants at connected stations.
• This connectivity mode known as preauthorization ensures that only the authorized product and the authorized amount is dispensed.
Under this system, any attempt to carry out transactions without dispensing fuel is rejected by the POS thus mitigating risks for both the customer and TotalEnergies.
Two cards are currently available for individuals at TotalEnergies:
Prepaid Card and Postpaid cards.

You can use your TotalEnergies fuel cards in all of our TotalEnergies service stations.
You select the combinations of fuels and services depending on each user's needs. Purchases are clearly identified, checked and secured, thanks to cards' and drivers' PIN codes.
- Each card has its own combination of products and services (car-wash, lubricants, shop...),
- Each card has its own ceiling limits for purchases.
- Each card is given a PIN code in order to secure payments.
Our systems can respond to your needs.
In each card, you can customize:
- the ceiling limits for the purchase of fuels.
- the ceiling limits for the purchase of services.
- the PIN code.
- the geographical acceptation.
- the temporal acceptation.
The card holder will be able to pay for the products (fuel and non fuel) selected at the time of the fuel card creation.

Yes, you have to give to each cardholder their own pin codes and the explanation notice.
Several options: you have a card creation form, just fill it and send it to your back-office officer. Ask your sales representative to come, and create the card together. Use the internet (www.mytotalfuelcard.com) at any time, you can order a new card, it is easy and fast.
As soon as possible contact your back-office officer and ask to blacklist the card. Your responsibility is described in the sales conditions signed during the contract. For the countries equipped with the service www.mytotalfuelcard.com, you can block your cards through the site.
