Bulawayo Supervisors’ & Dealers’ Conference

Total Zimbabwe hosted the Supervisors’ & Dealers’ Conference in Bulawayo, on the 14th and 15th of May 2019 respectively. The conference included representation from stations in Bulawayo, Victoria Falls, Hwange, Zvishavane and the Midlands region.

Topics covered included expectations of excellent service at all Total stations for customer satisfaction, the importance of safety at all times, ethics and regulatory compliance, how to deliver Top service to all customers, SFS requirements, how to upsell lubricants and Total’s commitment to Health, Safety and Environment, emphasis on the Golden Rules, amongst other topics.

Both conferences were well attended with a total of 54 attendees. Dealers, supervisors, caretakers and young dealers were all in attendance. The Total MANCOM were all present as well to answer questions and give clarifications where required.

During his opening speech at the Dealers’ Conference, Managing Director Mr. Ronan Bescond emphasised the need for unity in order to succeed, as is one of the values at Total (standing together). He also shared the Group’s vision to grow the Total brand into various new services that will surely bring success.

In accordance with the Group’s Recognition and Sanction policy, three Awards were presented for Top Service Awards as well as Best Sales of Lubricants.

Additionally, a cocktail was held which was a great opportunity for networking and constructive dialogue.
